Month End: January

Hello, everyone! This is something new that I’m going to do this year. At the end of each month, I’m going to recap all the highlights to close it off. I will talk about products I’m loving, fun new finds, or some life updates. Some pictures will be just quick iPhone shots because sometimes those are the best. I chose to call it “Month End” because, well, accounting has taken over my life, and it just seemed fitting. Hopefully, I stick to it for every month so I can look back at the end of year and reminisce.

I was so flattered to be featured on @sketch.lovely‘s Instagram this month! I’ve been following Alex for a while now and she makes such beautiful pieces of couples, families, and singles. Go check her out!

This month I started the spring semester of my sophomore year. I moved onto accounting II and statistics II, started a legal business class, and signed up for jazz just for fun. So far, so good!
Happy MLK Day!

January was made up of lots of dominoes because Logan and I both got new sets for Christmas. Loser gets to buy the next creme brulees.
I also finally mastered the art of cinnamon rolls!! The first time I made them they were way too doughy, second time I made them the dough was too dry, and the third time was perfect! Third times the charm! I honestly don’t think I can ever go back to store bought ones… Recipe coming soon!

We had one warm weekend, so we took advantage of it and went for a morning walk through the art district. This will always be one of my favorite things to do.

Fresh has always been my favorite skincare brand, and lately I’ve been loving this rose face mask. I use it every morning and night! It makes my skin feel so refreshed and even. It’s unlike any face mask I’ve ever used before.
