I had to take advantage of these fresh ingredients while I had them so I decided to try infusing my coffee with fresh lavender and raw honey. This recipe is very easy and quick! Just brew your favorite cup of coffee, add a couple teaspoons of honey, stir in a tablespoon or two of almond milk, and dip in a few stems of lavender. You can weaken or strengthen the lavender flavor by either dipping the stems into it (weaker flavor), sprinkling some buds into the coffee (weaker flavor), or turning the lavender into a powder (stronger flavor).
